Fat Loss 4 Idiots
I have no
doubt that anyone who purchases the Fat
Loss 4 Idiots guide will get exactly what
they are looking for: Results. And those
results are fat loss and of course, weight
loss. I have spoken with many people and
read countless testimonials and the
message is pretty unanimous; This program
works.
My goal is to prevent you
from wasting your hard earned dollars on 'fad'
diets that do not work and in some cases,
actually put your health in danger.
I have to admit that when I
first came across Fat Loss 4 Idiots, I was
skeptical for two reasons;
1) the name (I thought the
program was either a joke or a scam) and
2) because they claim to
help people lose weight rapidly; 9 pounds in 11
days.

Even though I am personally
not a fan of dropping weight quickly, I am also
a realist and realize that life comes at you
quick with different things and there will be
times when "quick" is necessary. And as far as
the name goes, the reason for it is because
everything is given to you in plain and simple
to follow instructions.
The entire focus of the Fat
Loss 4 Idiots guide is on how and what you eat.
Unlike many of the fad and celebrity diets that
come and go, you do not need to deprive
yourself of any specific food group or
nutrient. They achieve results by tricking your
brain and speeding up your metabolism. A
process they call calorie shifting. They don't
frown upon drinking (in moderation of course)
and they don't have any problems with you
snacking.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots does not
place any emphasis on physical activity
(even though they encourage it if you want even
better results) and they help you achieve
weight loss by changing your eating patterns.
This lack of the physical component is
one of the main reasons this guide is so
popular. There are many people out there that
want to be able to drop some pounds without
having to go to the gym on a regular basis. If
time is a precious commodity in your life, a

Fat Loss 4 Idiots consists
of an 11 day 'on' cycle in which you eat
according to their plan and a 3 day 'off' cycle
in which you eat whatever you crave. They have
an online diet generator which helps you plan

fridge.
The 'on' cycle consists of
